I’m looking for a sublet OR lease takeover of this cute cottage studio starting as soon as Oct 15 or Nov 1st. It is very special and I’m looking for the right person to replace me! I’ve been there for over a year and have been so happy but due to some life transitions am looking to leave before my lease ends Jan 31. Single occupants only and no pets sadly - it is quite cozy!! 184 sqft. But fully functional with gas stovetop kitchen, shower etc. and very homey! It comes partly furnished. Fully private with own gate and yard on landlords’ property, who are very friendly and accommodating. Located just a short 5 min drive from Cardiff beach.
