Great location, walking distance to groceries stores, university of pacific, delta college, and other college campuses. Walking distance from restaurants as well. 5 minutes away from I-5. Quiet location with newly remodeled house. Room is about 12x12. Furnished room with queen bed and night table. Room has double closets.

I like things clean and organized. I wake up very early and try to sleep around 9 or so. If you think you can accomplish this simple rules you should be a good fit: Please no party’s or loud music, no drugs, no alcohol and no sleepovers . The room is big enough to accommodate 2 people however if that’s the case rent and deposit could increase.
