Heyo! I’m looking to fill a room in my 2bd 1 bath duplex in Citrus Heights, located in a quiet neighborhood. I’ve got a 5min walk to the nearest grocery store and gym, and close to freeway access. The front and back yard are both fenced in with shade trees that keep utility costs down. I’ve got a washer and dryer on site in a the garage, and there’s parking on the street. The room has faux wood floors and a good sized closet. Theres a big window that lets in lots of natural light. All the neighbors are super friendly and cool people as well!

I’m 33, super chill, down to earth, easy to get along with, and looking for a similar person! I like to keep the space clean and cozy but I’m not a stickler. I’ve been living alone since October so I’m used to doing the upkeep myself so I don’t expect/need much help. I have a passion for cooking and baking so there’s always lots of food and treats around 👨‍🍳. I enjoy video games and board games and anything outdoorsy. I work in the restaurant industry 5-6 days a week and go to the gym most days before or afterwards. I rarely drink, am 420 friendly 🤙, I’m mainly too busy to have company over but when I do it’s usually for a casual dinner and hangout with the occasional work party.
