I’m looking for one roommate for a 3 bed 3 bath house in Lakewood starting July 16! The rent is 1200/month (not including utilities - which is typically around $100). It is month to month rent to give you some flexibility! The house has an attached 2 car garage, a ton of storage, office, spacious patio entertainment area, large backyard and a hottub! It’s within walking distance of green mountain and super close to the mountains. You would have your own bed and bath on the first floor. The gray bedroom pictured is where you would stay.

I’m allergic to cats and some dogs so ideally no pets.

I am 27 years old - looking for a roommate in their late 20’s/early 30’s. I work as an engineer in manufacturing (making cheese and whey so you’d always have free pizza and protein powder) and I travel a lot for work, so you’d have the house to yourself a good amount of the time. I love everything outdoors - snowboarding, camping, hiking and like to occasionally have friends over for sports events/dinners/drinks.
