This property is amazing has a beautiful pool, clubhouse with full workout room, movie theater, tanning room, massage, dry sauna. The room that is available has a large closet with mirrored doors, has ceiling fan and double French doors leading out onto the terrace. This comes with a one car garage that we can take turns using. The apartment has granite counter tops, crown molding, electric fireplace. It is a very spacious apartment.

I am a 55 year old female, that works in the medical field. Have been divorced for 8 years. I have three grown boys. I love all aspects of being outdoors. I am very clean, do not smoke, but don’t mind if you do as long as it is outside. I love animals and they are welcome here. A deposit has already been put down for a pet, as my mother had a dog. The room has come available as I have had to move my mother into a facility and need to find someone ASAP. Her and I have a lease here until March. If things should work out then I would be happy to sign up for another lease here as this is a great place to live.
