About the room
Lease is up to 15th of January 2023 Beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath house in Port Orchard. Bedroom will be available mid October until the end of Febuary.
Room comes fully furnished with king sized bed, large closet, 2 dressers, and a 55 inch TV with gig wifi included! Shower is shared.
Unlike other homes! You can have the following: pets, overnight guests, and couples are okay! (Animal fee is $200 extra a month. Unless you got a fat happy orange cat). House is occupied by me and another tenant (both active Navy and quiet).
Kitchen is equipped with EVERYTHING you could possibly want to cook with! Blenders, coffee maker, air fryer, oven, skillets, etc. All are communal!
Also you can wash your car on site and use all the equipment I have.
Yard is fenced off so if you want you can have your doggy run around all day!
$500 deposit only! Animal is extra $500.
About the roomies
