This property is located in a quiet neighborhood in Pike Creek Delaware. It is close to everything, but secluded enough for peace and quiet. Everything you need within a five to ten minute drive. The house is a townhome and with fantastic neighbors on both sides. The house is split up into 3 en-suite rooms. Everyone has their own bathroom! The home is well kept and modern. There is currently two of us living in the house. We’ve become fast friends, after meeting through Roomies, and have no drama, nor do we want any. We both work full-time jobs and are pretty laid back. We keep our personal space and the common areas clean.
