Hi! We are Misti and Warner! We’ve got a large 4-bedroom house with a huge yard in a quiet neighborhood near Valencia and Alvernon, and 2 of the rooms are available for rent.

This listing is for the larger room - approximately 12’ x 14’ - can be furnished or unfurnished (twin bed, night table, dresser with mirror) and includes water, electric, gas, trash, and internet.

It also includes a bathroom that is shared with the other roomie.

We offer you full use of the kitchen, with a separate, small refrigerator; full use of laundry room (upstairs near bedrooms, supplies not included, of course).

We do have pets (cats & dogs) in the home, and we’d prefer not to add any more, but we may consider your own pet on a case by case basis.

Home is smoke-free inside, and ANY kind of smoking would be limited strictly to outdoors.

We are a married couple, in our late 40’s. We have fur babies, and grown kids. We work hard, don’t smoke, rarely drink. We are responsible and respectful.
