It is located in a beautiful safe neighborhood with plenty of street parking. It is safe as I see my neighbor park Tesla in the street. * Additional 1 rear private parking spot for $25 / month if you value your privacy. * Gold line train station to PCC is only 5 minutes walking distance. Commons areas such as the living room and kitchen would be shared. Additionally, the household includes an in-unit washer/dryer. Room is available to move-in right now for the right person.

We would prefer a college student or young working professional, but most importantly, anyone who is clean, responsible, respectful, and chill. We are friendly towards each other but totally respect each other’s space if that is what you want.
