This house is LGBTQ+friendly. Public Transportation is nearby and parking your 1 vehicle is included in the price. Presently, all rooms are furnished to suit your needs. There are fresh clean beds, linens, rugs, mirrors, lighting, hampers, and chairs. Each room has internet/Wi-Fi capability, an air conditioner/window fan is provided as needed and the home has gas heat. You may bring your OWN Smart TV and Parking for 1 vehicle is included in this price.

The house is a single-family colonial style home. It has a total of 4 bedrooms with their own unique personalities and 3 are available to rent. The bathroom has Art Deco mirrors, tile walls and a bathtub/shower. The modern kitchen is very spacious with a social atmosphere. It has neutral granite countertops, modern stainless-steel appliances, sparkly chandeliers and large windows that give great light. There is a nice size living room/den area with a fireplace and four-season porch that leads to an outdoor deck and pool. There is a finished basement for entertaining your guest.

We do have a laundry room with a washer and dryer. To use both will cost you $20 a month. A laundry schedule will be provided for housemates.

My home is located near the Blue Hills of Milton, Massachusetts where you can ski, ice skate, play tennis-just have some good clean fun. The Milton Public Library is minutes away and the Beth Israel Lahey Hospital, Curry College, Laboure’ College of Healthcare all in Milton, as well as Stonehill College, in Easton is nearby. In addition, there are lovely restaurants, horseback riding, fishing ponds, bars, walking and biking trails and The Forbes House Museum and Eustis Estate. Travel between Boston to Milton is only 20 minutes by car.

Transportation is nearby via the MBTA Red Line, Commuter Rail Purple Line, local bus station and AMTRAK. Logan Airport Park & Drive is easily accessible too.
