South Lamar Boulevard

I’m looking for someone to take over my room from October 1-mid June. MAA South Lamar (formerly Post South Lamar). Great location, very walkable area near bars and restaurants. One mile from downtown/the trail/the lake. The apartment is a two bedroom/2 bath with storage unit, if needed. $1200-1250/ month including rent, parking, valet trash/recycle, and all utilities. The room has attached bathroom and looks over a pool. I will post photos soon - it’s a bit of a mess because I am trying to get packed up.

The other roommate is a male in his early 30’s. He works from home and sometimes works from a coffee shop or somewhere out of the house. There are two French Bulldogs, Peaches and Blueberry, living in the apartment.
