Ammons Way

Two-story house in Lakewood. I am renting out two rooms that are upstairs side-by-side. Unfurnished. With a bathroom. I live in the basement. Upstairs has a kitchen and 2 living spaces. We would share the kitchen. I Love to cook but clean up after every meal. I rarely use the living spaces as I have a large room and office downstairs. You might find me in the backyard more frequently. Washer and dryer downstairs. Ideally would be great for a couple. Or somebody that would like an office. The rooms are a little bit smaller.

I would be your only roommate. I enjoy snowboarding, cycling, music, health and fitness. I am 420 friendly. Very relaxed might have friends over occasionally. I like to work in the yard.
