Rooms are single occupancy only with a flexible week-to-week lease. $285 a week with a $250 move in fee. Comes fully furnished with a private bathroom and secure with a smart lock door handle on each bedroom door accessible with 1 key fob, a custom code or fingerprint touch all which will be used to enter the home as well. Application and background check will be required.

The house is a shared space with at most 3 other people. 4bed 2bath and includes a furnished living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, a spacious front porch and a privacy fenced in backyard. All utilities are included along with free high speed 5G gigabit internet. House is secured with an up to date security system and cameras along the outside of the house. Parking is available in driveway and public bus stops are just a few blocks away. A bi-weekly cleaning service comes every other Tuesday to help maintain an up-kept home.
