Apartment is furnished and you’re more than welcomed to use everything, all utilities are included. There is a washer and dryer and central air in the unit as well. We have a couple onsite pools for use as well. The apartment is near all shopping centers, jobs and major freeways.

Hello, we are a family and have a three year old child. Looking for someone working full time, preferably mornings but not mandatory. Also have a childcare position available for the right person & half off rent. We like to cook, listen to music and hang out around the house. We are very fun and respectful so I would be looking for the same. My shift changes but my husband works nights so we would need mornings quiet in the house. We don’t really care what you do, as long as you pay the rent and be respectful. Not too much company & NO DRUGS AT ALL !
