About the room
Very close to surrounding universities. Two bedroom 2 bath. You can take the Master which is open. There is great parking, we’re facing the lake and it’s QUIET back here. First floor apartment and rent is low for this complex since I got this apartment in 2020. There’s a laundry facility in the building next to ours, so super close by. I’ve lived at this apartment for 2 years. There’s two nice sized dog parks.
The lease was JUST renewed, so the lease is through September 2023. Looking for someone to move in this month by December 1st. November rent has already been paid, so move in for just the required security deposit determined by leasing office.
About the roomies
Roommate rarely home but friendly, and works a lot. We pick up after ourselves and expect the same. I got a new job and am moving. We just want someone that is responsible and covers their bills.
