Bright and comfortable room in a townhome in a quiet area near Energy Corridor. Close to anywhere in the west part of the city.

You would have your own private bathroom, however the shower is shared in a Jack & Jill style.

Nice open kitchen with everything needed to prepare and store food. Dining table and breakfast bar to eat but can also function as a workspace if needed.

Comfy living room with Smart TV, access to: Netflix, Hulu, ROKU, FuboTv and more.

We are a quiet professional couple. Must be okay with our two small but very friendly dogs. We have a Roomba vacuum that runs automatically every am to keep the hair to a minimum.

The dogs do NOT go upstairs and will never be in the guest room/bathroom areas.
