The apartment is located midtown, one mile away from main campus. There is a free shuttle available to take to campus. The apartment has a balcony, there is a workout facility and a rooftop pool. The apartment is a 4 bed/bath. Utilities are $60/month and parking is $90/month. I am willing to make accommodations with parking if you do not have a car.

I need to sublease my room, so I will not be living in the apartment, but there are only two other roommates living in the complex. They are older college students. Junior or Senior year.
