Granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Community has 2 Olympic size pools, one is heated. Two hottubs, access to clubhouse, pool tables, movie theater and gym. Community is gated and residents often host gatherings, social events, and offsite events. Food trucks are booked 1-4 times a month on specific dates. Community is a good mix of young families, single professionals, and some retired couples. All inclusive Wifi, utilities, parking, Hoa fees.
About the roomies
I live here with my 2 kids and 1 adult daughter, we live upstairs. I work from home as does my oldest. We are rarely here on the weekends.
