LOOKING FOR ROOMMATE

I recently bought a condo in LoHi and I’m looking to rent out the whole second story (master bedroom, bathroom, walk-in closet, and loft area great for a home office). I’m the top unit so no noisy upstairs neighbors, it’s a relatively small complex (I think 16 units total), and everyone I’ve met is really chill and respectful. It’s an awesome location, 1 block from Zuni St. Brewing and a couple block walk to Uncle, Little Man Ice Cream, Postino, etc.

Amenities: Washer/dryer included, 1Gb Google Wifi, modern appliances, gas stove, BBQ on the balcony, A/C and Heater, underground assigned parking spot (you’ll get your own garage clicker), storage unit in garage, code-locked front and back gates for security. I think that’s everything but feel free to ask if I missed something!

As far as rent goes, I’m looking for $1,750/month (includes wifi and everything else) and we would just split the electric bill each month evenly, ideally move in would be October 1st or sooner but open to discussing. If you’re interested send me a message or comment here, I’d prefer to grab coffee or a beer to meet first and if we seem to get along then we can go tour the condo together.

I’m 29 and moved to CO about 3 years ago, I’m pretty laid-back and when I’m not working I’m usually playing video games or working on music (don’t worry I use headphones so as not to disturb neighbors or roommates). I like to go out a few times a month when an artist I like has a show in town or just to go hang with friends, but by no means am I a party animal or looking for a party animal, but I do drink casually and I’m 420 friendly. In warm weather I love hiking, camping, river/lake days, going to red rocks shows, and just about anything else that involves being outside. In winter I’m in the mountains skiing most weekends (was on Epic this season and going to Ikon next season).

I am open to a guy, girl, or a couple moving in, really just looking for someone who is clean and respectful and preferably shares some similar interests (would rather end up being friends than just strangers sharing a space together). Also, bonus points if you have a dog! Like I said earlier I’m pretty laid back, if you want to have friends over or something I dont mind as long as you give me a heads-up. Other than that, open to pretty much anything, if you have questions don’t hesitate to ask!
