Furnished private room for FEMALES only!! Utility and internet are included. The house has a 3 bedrooms on 2n floor. And all the 3 rooms are rented to only females. The house is close to Tyler mall, Jackson Elementary school, and CBU. You will have a private-Furnished bedroom, shared bathroom with a female roommate of the 1st room. One mini refrigerator & freezer, and a large section of cabinet in the kitchen re for your own use. You will have access to kitchen, laundry room, dining room and backyard.

We are looking for one female roommate for this 2nd bedroom. We are married couple with two kiddos, nice people, and like to have clean/respectful roommates and a healthy environment in the house. We are living in different city and renting all rooms to females. There are currently 2 roommates (1 in each room) living in the house.

Visitors with short visits is okay with prior notice. No OVERNIGHT. If you are interested in our home, please feel free to contact me. Nice and Quiet neighborhood. Parties, trafficking and smoking are not allowed. We love pets, but no pets are allowed. No outdoor Shoes walking inside the house. Rent: $870/month Deposit: $500 Advance notice of 1month before terminating the rent.
