This is a 3 level condo in The Colonies neighborhood located in West Knoxville. You would have your own bedroom and your own detached bathroom and of course access to all common areas. The landlord is the nicest lady and best I’ve ever had!

I have lived here since 2018 and don’t plan on moving anytime soon. I am mid 30’s and run my own business so I would be away from home for work. I prefer to keep to myself when I am home and mostly stay in my room or outside on the porch but don’t get me wrong I am very friendly and nice if we do interact.
