It’s a good size room , Television to enjoy in loft, a descent walk in closet, and freshly painted walls. It is surrounded by 2200 sq ft of house with 2 1/2 bathrooms.

We are a small no drama family. We are peaceful friendly and an accommodating couple who’s looking for a win win situation. Our home is a nice peaceful place to get away and start fresh. and we get a little financial relief from the crazy home prices we see today by having a renter.
