Bedroom with a walk-in closet. And a shared bathroom. Shared bathroom is kept clean, towels are in the bathroom which you’re welcome to use or have your own. Extensive cupboard space. Two complex pools, covered assigned parking for 1/2 the week and the other half uncovered parking first come first serve. Smart lock on front door allowing code entry. Right down the street from Starbucks, Target, Walmart. Rent covers Electricity, water, internet. We also are pretty communal about groceries but don’t expect you to share if you don’t have any interest in that.

Two young females with full time jobs. We work varied hours, but we’re quiet and typically in bed early. We sleep through anything so we don’t mind anyone with differing sleep schedules. We have cats. The cats are rarely in the common areas, and we keep everything as cat hair free as possible due to my severe allergies. I enjoy playing video games, hiking, going to the gym, and reading. Jaida enjoys Harry Potter, going to the gym, and watching tik toks for hours. No drama, we would prefer someone who either keeps their mess in their room or cleans up after themselves.
