Included access to shared kitchen, dining room and living room (all already furnished), shared washer and dryer included. Bedroom is not furnished. Apartment complex amenities include pool, 24/7 business center, 24/7 gym access, tennis courts, outdoor grill and fire pit area, and coffee/hot chocolate/hot tea provided at front office. Looking for a roommate who is friendly, clean, and respectful- females preferred but we can talk about it. Looking for one roommate only, no couples or kids. LGBTQ+ and cannabis friendly (though no smoking inside the apartment), if that’s your vibe. It’s only myself (21F) living here, so you would only have one roommate. There is already an (adorable and friendly) cat in the home, so no more pets (though if you have a fish or hamster or something like that living in an enclosure we can talk about it). 12-month lease, $825 non-negotiable, but utilities are 100% included in that cost. Roommate will be required to pass a background check. Move in date 10/21/22.
