Rooms are rented individually. Two rooms currently available. Rent includes utilities, business class internet, supplies, and cleaning service. I’m the owner and I live here too. I clean the common areas during the week, and provide things like waters for the gym, trash bags, toilet paper, and detergent for both floors. Great location, quiet exit, everything within a five minute drive.
