Located in town Gaylord home under construction due to Tornado offering a downstairs fully furnished basement but no TV or bed you have your own half bath but we share the tub shower in my bath no shampoos or towels left in there and to be cleaned after each use.All utilities included gas electric heat trash water internet cable also washer and dryer like having your own apartment downstairs but do need some extra help here. No pets no smoking in my home if you have a alcahol or drug problem do not bother applying. I have 3 Maine Coons and a shar pei.

I chose to say male as there are certain things I will need help with carrying in grocery’ s weed whipping I’m a single women on disability.some snow removal in drive putting up Xmas lights maybe cleaning out cat boxes once a week etc…..
