Looking for someone to take over my lease in this brand new 3 bed, 3 bath townhouse on the west side of town.

Your room would be on the 2nd floor of the townhouse – it is the master bedroom and has a private master bath and walk-in closet. Bedroom is unfurnished.

All new appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen, lots of natural light, a garage, in-unit washer and dryer, and small yards in the back and front of the house.

The dog in the photo of the bedroom is mine, so she will not be living in the house when you move in.

There are two other people who live here, Max and Will. Will is a student at MSU. Max is a bartender and a student at MSU. He has 2 sweet cats (Pistachio and Norm) who are very loving and get along well with other animals. I moved in last month, but have to move again since learning (after I moved in unfortunately) that I have a severe cat allergy :( Let me know if you’re interested in the room!
