Apartment complex next to a light rail station. Only responsible for 1/3 of utilities. The only furniture you would need is anything you would want in your room and bathroom.
About the roomies
We have 2 cats so no other pets will be accepted. My wife is in PA school while I am a CPA, so we will both be out of the apartments most of the day. We enjoy movies and game nights. We don’t party and are in bed pretty early every night. Roommates would be me and my wife.
