About the room
The apartment is located in the Bellaire/Galleria/RiceVillage area at The Village at Bellaire. The unit is a 1bd/1bath, 875 sq feet on the first floor with a small patio. Rent is $1,260 before utilities which are usually like $50-60. You must be able to pass apartments income and lease requirements. The lease ends April 29th, 2023. Move in as early as October 25th or as late as December 26th (whichever works best for you we are flexible) There is a reletting fee of $1,000 so I am open to splitting that with you. You can keep our security deposit of $400 when you move out next year! Let me know if you have any other questions 🙂
