Bright and clean 4 bedroom house in a nice Round Rock neighborhood. I have two bedrooms currently open which I am happy to rent for a discount, or 1 bedroom only. Both bedrooms and bathroom are located on the same hallway and away from the other bedrooms - so the area will be mainly private for you. The livingroom and kitchen are furnished and have most everything you would need. Big backyard with a deck, no furniture outside yet - its been a little too hot. Utilities, including internet are included in the monthly price.

I currently live in the house with my dog and cat. I am 35, I work from home and am completing my masters degree - so I’m home a lot and usually behind a laptop. I have a dedicated work space so shared areas are open for use during the day. Dog is a lab mix, he is about 8 and very mellow - loves people. The cat is still a kitten, he loves to play and is considered a hypo-allergenic breed.
