I have 1 rooms for rent in a HOA area in South San Jose. Room is approximately 12ft by 12ft with shared bathroom, kitchen, living room. Rent is $1700 and utilities are covered, or $1500 per month and utilities (water, electricity & wifi) are split 50-50. First month + security deposit (same amount as rent) when move in. Pet is ok, as long as 1 small to medium pet, and additional $200 pet deposit. Utilities are included in the rent. Background check is required before moving in.
