We have a furnished spare room in our 4br house. Quiet neighborhood, nice backyard with big shade trees, etc. The room has a nice queen bed with plenty of storage, and an empty dresser. TV and several streaming services is included. Internet is also included. We even have a podcast studio that might be used for the right roommate.

Looking for someone who fits into our family dynamic. I’m 50 WM she is 34 WW, and her daughter is 8. We eat strictly carnivore atm, but it will probably relax in keto or keto-vore at some point. We are super nerdy. We would love someone that would want to do some RPG’s. We would probably fit better with smart people. Kink friendly or tolerant would probably work best as well.
