Enjoy your own bedroom with en suite bathroom on 1st floor separate from the rest of the house. It has a large closet, large window, and hard wood floors. In the photos, you can see that is in the front of house with a separate hallway near the living room. Use our custom kitchen to prepare meals. The family room has a large TV. We also have a home gym and spacious backyard. You will have a dedicated day to use the laundry room. We are seeking a professional to live quietly in the home who will not have overnight guests and does not have pets. We will not consider couples.
A mother and teenage son reside in the 5-bedroom, nearly 4,000 s.f. home. She’s a business executive who primarily works from home. We have no pets at this time. The house is beautifully appointed with art, baby grand piano, and plants. Our rooms are on the second floor (not depicted.)
