Jamie's room

This is a spacious basement with own half bathroom but you share one shower with one other person who is extremely clean. Prefer someone who is the same. Will clean up after themselves:)

The property is pretty spacious nice outside area for everyone and enough parking as well there are two other young professionals who live there as well and then one little kid (3) who is only there twice to three times a week depending which week it is. We are both big on cleaning up after and taking turns with responsibility around the house we don’t like to live in clutter. we are pretty laid-back for the most part both work and like to get to the gym when we can.
