Looking for a new housemate.

-Room comes unfurnished.

Our housemate is moving out closer to their new job so we are looking for somebody awesome to live with us in our beautiful home. The room size is 8 by 10 feet.

The bathroom is shared with 2 other girls, one works 8-5, the other travels often. The girls do their hair & make-up in their rooms to keep the bathroom free but there are a total of 3 bathrooms in the house available for anybody to use.

The house has a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one person per room.

The house is located in a great area, a short walk to the park, a library around the corner, multiple grocery stores, and a gym close by as well. Very safe, the neighbors are friendly too. We have 7 fruit trees on the property and plenty of parking available.

-Looking for someone who is willing to stay 6 months to a year, somebody who is VERY CLEAN and self-responsible with cleaning up after themselves does not need to be reminded. Somebody open-minded, healthy and positive, just overall good energy!

-Rent includes water, trash, and gardening.

-The room does not include a closet but there is an outdoor closet specific for this room right outside the room.

Wifi, Electric, and gas vary from $30-$75 depending on how much electricity we use (usually highest in the summer).

-No substance or alcohol abuse, zero tolerance.

-One of the girls does keep a cat in her room so we wouldn’t be able to accept anybody with a cat allergy.

$600 security deposit + 1-month rent upon move-in.

All the girls are very sweet! We all work and are in and out the house but we clean up after ourselves and get a long. Looking for somebody who matches the vibe and is responsible
