Off campus housing but is only about 300 ft away from campus and the football stadium. There is a gym, Pool/hot tub, rooftop lounge area and a pool table and ping pong table. Bike friendly. Close to food, dining halls, bars, and coffee shops.
About the roomies
Three young gentleman whom attend University at CSU around the ages of 20+. Pretty clean and are quite nice to get to know. I am graduating in the Winter so would like to be out around December or perhaps November.
