North Williams Avenue

The apartment is based in the Lloyd District, 15 minutes walking to the Moda Center. The complex has a large courtyard to relax in, a gym, package concierge system, and underground parking.

The apartment is a two bedroom, two full bath on the third floor of the complex. There is a balcony overlooking the skyline of west Portland and the living room has a good view of the Moda Center. The kitchen has many cabinets and a pantry for additional storage.

The room itself is the smaller room of the two bedroom. There are three floor to ceiling windows that let plenty of light in. Outside the room, there is a full bathroom that is for your own personal use.

I am 22m, work in the Pearl District a few days a week, otherwise I work from home. Still trying to figure out hobbies, but we can say motorcycling and drone flying for now. I’m generally friendly and willing to do anything, but I also understand the value of privacy. We can be friends or just interact the bare minimum, I’m fine with either.

I have a 60 lb dog. Not sure what breed, but she kinda looks like a shepherd mix? She’s overtly friendly with any person she meets, but tends not to like other dogs. I haven’t tried her with cats, but I’d wager that’s also out.
