The Space: A 3-bedroom apartment with a large master bedroom up for grabs! Shared common areas with two young professional women. Enjoy a shared deck, shared parking spot in garage, and laundry on site. Rent is $1450/month + shared utilities. Security deposit is $865. Must make 2x the rent.

Move-in Date: room will be available December 20th. The common space is furnished, but you can personalize your bedroom.

A Credit, background, and employment check will be done by the property manager prior to moving in.

Features: 2 closets w/ mirrors in the bedroom, private bathroom, and a month-to-month lease though a long-term stay is preferred.

Ideal Roommate: Late 20’s-30’s, female, LGBTQ+ friendly, non-smoker (cigarettes or marijuana), and drug-free. Full-time employment, no pets, maintains cleanliness, and appreciates an organized space. A kind, laid-back personality is key!

About Us: We’re two 30-year-old young professionals, one working remotely. We value a clean, laid-back environment and strike a balance between going out and staying in. Communication is key for us.
