Cameron's room

Renting house in Lehi, we have two available rooms to choose from. The other will be used as a game room/ office.

Current lease ends in November, we have already signed the renewal. The new lease will be for a year, starting in November. You will need to sign the existing lease and renewal.

The upstairs bathroom will be yours. Upstairs hall closet will be yours as well.

Kitchen and living room are shared areas. Kitchen is fully furnished with dishes, appliances etc. You can use anything as long as you clean up after.

Your choice of bedroom:

(Bedroom #1) 1 window- 12’ x 10’, with a 2’ x 6’ closet. (Bedroom #2) 2 windows- 10’x10’ with a 2’x6’6“ closet.

Internet: $28.44 Utilities: $40-$70

There is one dog and two cats, we can’t accept any more pets as we are at the limit.

Two of us on the lease currently, Josh and Cameron. Early thirties, like to throw the occasional party, fishing/ camping trip. Down to watch anime and movies.

Josh works 7-4, Cameron works from home.

We keep the place clean, and take turns mowing the lawn.

Pets

Django: older dog, very well behaved. Loves to be pet and told he’s a good boy.

Toulouse: very cuddly once he gets to know you. Will want to hang out with you.

Duke: younger lad, will take some time to earn trust. He gets over stimulated easily.
