Beautiful family home. Well kept. Clean. We have cats. No dogs are allowed. There is parking on the property. We are 15 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from Publix, Walgreens, and the liquor store. Bills are included as long as renter does not abuse power and light. Internet included. We have a beautiful back yard with a fire pit. You will have full access to kitchen, washer, dryer, etc. YOU BREAK IT YOU BUY IT!

No parties. No exceptions. Guests will only be allowed with permission. Alcohol is okay. Medical Marijuana okay but I ask you to show your card and all products must come from the dispensary. No cigarettes. This is a family home and children reside here.
