Samuel's room

Room has it’s own private bathroom. Bathroom is well lit with electric heater. Room comes with ceiling fan with remote control. Room is furnished but can remove items from room if you do not want to use them: Book shelf, platform with mattress, and desk with chair. Looking for a person, preferrably a woman, older, Spanish speaking. NO COUPLES, AND NO KIDS at this time. I have an extra fridge in the garage that may be used. No drugs, no smokers. No security deposit. Bills included. For the hot summer we use a swamp cooler. We try to limit our electricity usage from 4 to 9. No deposit required. If for some reason it does not work out, you will only pay for the time you stayed. Thank you for looking.

I own the home but usually come once a week to visit my mother, sister, and nephew who reside there. They are respectful people. Looking for someone compatible with them to rent to.
