Hello! My roommates and I, three female and one male including myself age 23-27, are looking to fill a fifth bedroom in our lovely house in North Queen Anne only a few minutes walk from SPU. The lease goes Sept 15 2022 to Sept 14 2023, with move in date negotiable. The house comes with a bright kitchen, large basement for storage and in-unit laundry, a large back deck and backyard, spacious common areas, and our living room has a gas fireplace! Please see pictures below. Your bedroom shares the downstairs bathroom with one other person. Easy access to 31/31 busses, FreWall, Ballard, and Queen Anne. Street parking readily available and reserved parking negotiable.
With rent at $660/mo and maybe moving up 10% (~$720)after 6 months for the location it is, this place is an absolute steal. Utilities come out to about $70/ month, no pets allowed unfortunately.
