The house is 12 minute drive from downtown flagstaff. The house has 3 bedrooms and an office. Very large back yard. Utilities will probably be included. New Carpet was out in two weeks ago.

My boyfriend and I just bought our first house. We have lived here less then two months. I am self employed/a small Business owner. We are looking for one roommate with no pets. We have two big dogs. You will have a private room with access to the hall bathroom. The bathroom will be mostly your but also used as a guest bathrooom.
