Private room in remodeled condo in Linda Vista. Room has a lot of storage space. Bathroom is shared, but I am in and out quick, so even if we have the same schedule it won’t be a problem!

I’ll furnish the room for $100 more if needed.

The condo is right next to USD, minutes from the I-5 and the I-163. It’s located about two blocks away from Fashion Valley mall. It’s extremely central and easy to access! The neighborhood is extremely safe. If the neighbors have a party (rare occasion), I have double pane windows to block out the noise. There’s a view of Mission Bay from the living room where you can watch the fireworks from Seaworld every night! The community is very small with only 10 units, so it’s quiet and quaint.

Not cannabis friendly. Please be aware of this beforehand. Also, no parties please. I work long hours and I have a strenuous job, so I ask that you please be respectful of this.

I have a 35lb “TJ Special” (mut), well behaved dog, so no other animals please.

There’s street parking but it’s easy to find spots. No permit needed. There’s a washer and dryer in unit, which is nice because most of the other units have to use the communal washer and dryer.

Must pay first, last and deposit. Wifi isnt included but it’s cheap. Utilities are depending on if you’re a big utility user. I’m not, but previous roommates have been (no problem there).

6 mo lease required. After 6 mo, month to month is ok. I’m pretty chill. If you want to leave I won’t keep you there lol. I just ask you give 60 days notice. Move-in date is flexible.

I’m a young female working professional. I work a lot but when I’m home I love having a glass of wine, watching a show and making dinner. I love the beach, the gym and being outside. I try to stay active and get out of the house as much as possible. I often take trips or work overtime, so depending on your schedule, we may not see each other often. I’m very respectful and although we will share the bathroom, I will respect your space and your things!
