Looking for respectful room mates.

Master bedroom is available for $1000/month. Smaller bedrooms will be available for $900/month. Recently remodeled single family home. Big backyard space and near Fort Meade, Grocery stores, etc. I’ll be living in the basement. I have a medium sized dog who is very friendly, well trained, and doesn’t bark. 3 rooms are available.

I’m a young professional who works most of the time, sometimes from home and sometimes in the field. I cook well and often so you will get some taste tests if you’re willing. All I ask is for cleanliness and respect, as well as not too much noise during business hours/late at night.
