• young professional ideally 25-35 who has his/her shit together and will not have issues paying rent, the security deposit, or utilities. I’m gettin old fam so no fresh 21 year olds looking to rage during the week (although Taco Tuesday is tite)

• do not be too obnoxious. There’s already someone semi obnoxious in the house (me) so we need someone to balance the hype level
