The apartment is on the second floor in a historic 2-unit building minutes from downtown Portland. It is quite spacious with a large kitchen, dining room, living room with a fireplace, cute bathroom and two bedrooms. It has two balconies, two parking spaces, a shared garage (shared with downstairs neighbor), private free laundry in basement. No utilities are included (oil heat, electric, internet, etc) The downstairs neighbors are a couple with a new baby and a dog, they are very sweet!

I am a 28 year old female who works as an event manager in a busy downtown restaurant. I work about 50 hours per week, and about a quarter of that is from home. I also go to school part-time, planning to major in History. I keep relatively to myself and need my own space / alone time to focus. I am big into music (I play guitar), reading, cooking, and studying. I have a chubby fluffy cat named Jaci who is best as the only pet. I am looking for someone quiet, clean, respectful and preferably 25+. I am very much trying to get away from party life and would love someone in the same boat. I do not mind if you have friends over occasionally as I plan to do the same. I want to keep the space peaceful and lovely!
