If you’re looking for a peaceful, spacious, and bright place in central Boca Raton (corner of Powerline and Palmetto) to call home, with two amazing roommates, this space might be for you.
What’s the space like? The bedroom is large enough to easily fit a king-size bed, has a walk-in closet, and has its own en-suite private bathroom plus shower. The bedroom also boasts two large windows overlooking beautiful Boca Raton, and including a closet and bathroom, is about 200 sq ft. total. The bedroom will be delivered unfurnished. The shared space includes full access to the kitchen, living/dining areas, porch, and washer/dryer. The kitchens have granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. The building management company is superb, in my opinion.
There are two other occupied bedrooms in the apartment where I and my roommate live, along with one additional bathroom.
Building amenities include a parking space, swimming pool, basketball and tennis courts, grill, and gym. There is a washer/dryer in the unit and the apartment has central AC. We take pride in our space and we like to keep it clean at all times.
When can I move in? The space is available to rent starting now. Who are you? Ideally, you are a chill, working professional or full-time student looking for a quiet and drama-free place to live. You appreciate a neat and peaceful apartment and would be willing to participate in cleaning up after yourself and be responsible about paying the monthly rent on time. You would be the type who doesn’t bring the party home or let people sleep over without roommates’ permission. Please be someone who doesn’t smoke weed, cigarettes, or other drugs in or near your home. Also, this room is for single occupancy only. No couples please. Please be able to show proof that you could afford the rent by providing 3 months of bank statements or 3 recent pay stubs.
Are there any lease terms or fine print? We split bills three ways for the costs of electricity, internet, and water. Our building management will charge you a $125 application fee and run a credit check on you. You will be expected to put down approximately $350 as a deposit, along with the first month of rent when signing the lease.
The photos of this apartment were taken a year ago and I have not had a chance to take new photos yet. Some of the furniture has changed so the apartment looks a bit different, but hopefully, you’ll think it looks better.
