Madeline's room

Room available in shared house 5 min. from downtown TC, a stone’s throw from East Bay Beach and next to NMC. This medium-sized room has a view of the garden, and can be furnished (nice bed frame and IKEA shelf unit) or unfurnished. Large bathroom off the hallway would be shared with one other roommate. There are two living rooms in the house, a big kitchen, back patio and firepit! Energy and internet bills are split equally between roommates, and we do our best to recycle and compost.

Hi :) My name is Maddy. I live in the master bedroom of the house with my partner Luke, and we rent two of the other bedrooms out (the fourth I use as a home office). We are kind, fun-loving people in their late 20s who cook a lot, love the outdoors and take good care of our health. I work in forestry and Luke is a personal trainer. Most of the roommates we have had here in the past have been people working for AmeriCorps, environmental and community organizations, or in the trades. Occasional company, light drinking & 420 friendly. We are happy to introduce you to the area and our community of friends. If you like to garden, cook/eat, and are relatively social, this could be a great fit for you! This bedroom is available December 1st. The other larger bedroom for $650 may be available this fall/winter, TBD.
