Can be furnished (+$200), Garage parking, Garage storage, avail..Willing to reduce rent for help around the house. The house is clean, quiet, no company (due to the pandemic). There is a gym, play area for kids, pool, and a gas station within walking distance. We are 10 mins from the Pooler Outlets, 20 mins from downtown (Forsyth Park, Riverwalk), 45 mins from Tybee Beach, 50 mins from Hilton Head Beach (30min from Hilton Head shops❤️) Grocery Shops: Publix (2 within 10 mins), Whole Foods and Kroger’s (20 mins), Target (25 mins), Walmart (7mins) tons of shops and restaurants within (7-25 mins).

No drugs, No smokers, No weapons, No over night guest, No furry animals (I love them, but allergic 😅), and lastly willing to do a background check.

I have a son who will be 2 soon. He is fun, quiet (with me), and loves to read. (If you nanny I am happy to reduce rent $500/ less than 20 hrs/wk- it’s more like a mommy’s helper/ light work)
